Biography

Gwion is passionate about every aspect of fitness, health and lifetyle and has been from a young age participating is various sports and physical activities. Over the years of playing sports and keeping active Gwion developed an understanding of the importance of health and wellbeing and embarked on developing this interest into a career. 

Gwion has a degree is health, exercise and sport and has since completed his Personal Training qualifications fuelled by his ambition to help members of the public to move more, eat better and reach the best version of themselves. 

Having always been interested in health and fitness it’s easy to do something you love for a living.

Through a professional and progressive approach to fitness Gwion’s sessions are inclusive to all abilities and bespoke to meet clients goals and aspirations.
