Ieva comes from an academic health promotion background and currently is teaching research methods for a local university health sciences program. She maintains and encourages healthy and active lifestyle and has a specific passion in olympic weight lifting.
By basing her practice on credible sources, she is able to combine it with her own experience to achieve noticeable results. Her focus is mainly on strength training that is know to be the most effective in improving body composition and overall wellbeing. By using body weight and free weight training she is sure to help not only on improving the physical looks of her clients but also focuses on increasing confidence, especially for women.
