'With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry I have been privileged by working with people from all backgrounds and abilities. I have always had a passion for being active and playing sport. That team spirit nurtured me to help and motivate others to achieve their health and fitness goals and beyond.

I feel there is no greater reward than job satisfaction, when you go through a journey with an individual working towards achieving their goals. Working within the fitness industry has encouraged me to promote an increasing need for a healthy and active lifestyle within today’s society, and it is something I hope to be a part of for years to come.

I truly believe looking after your wellbeing in today’s world is of great importance. I pride myself on professionalism alongside making you feel comfortable and confident in a fun and dynamic environment.

I strive to understand each persons individualistic needs, from training to nutrition as well as daily factors when focusing on the best way to achieve your goals. Every aspect is tailored around your requirements and I aim to give you a greater understanding of your ‘why’. There is no ‘one size fits all’ protocol.

"I started training with Imran over 10 years  ago, at first it was in group class setting  but I quickly realised one to one training with Imran would be invaluable and bespoke for my needs. My aim was to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle, generally tone up, introduce weights to my regime for strength and definition and stay healthy. What I achieved with Imran’s help was far more than this! Using  a mixture of weight, cardio and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Each workout is tailored to you, to you can achieve exactly what you have discussed. I have learnt so much from Imran about how to train for effectivity  and efficiency. He is  willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions  His dedication is  visible to all, he is so inspirational. "I am sending this as feedback for my personal training sessions with Imran. My background is that I am in my late 30s and I have never really used a gym before, even though I used to do sports when I was younger. My aims were to a) start losing weight b) gain some basic, functional knowledge in terms of what's what at the gym so that I can exercise and c) eventually increase my fitness level/muscularity. Imran was very helpful on all targets and quite frankly one of the reasons I actually stayed in a gym for more than a couple of sessions for the first time in my life. He would always explain things to me properly while helping with new and sufficiently challenging sets at each PT session. Every time we would be doing things in a completely different way, something that not only kept the sessions interesting, but it also made me aware of the many possibilities available for exercising. He would also provide advise in terms of diet and general routines/habits, while he was always humanely professional  in his manners and behaviour.
