Biography

Health is the centre of our lives. I believe that the decisions we take on a daily basis gravitate towards of our physical and mental health. Fitness has always helped with improving both of them. My goal is to help people learn how to better their lifestyle, to live a longer, more improved life and to make better lifestyle choices. In the last 8 years that I have been training I have had high and low moments, but the one thing that kept moving me forward was the constant improvement that kept coming year after year. Bodybuilding is a demanding sport, but is also one of the most rewarding if you commit to it.

We all have different goals in life, not matter how big or small they are, we will work together towards achieving your set goals that you never dreamt possible. Everything I do is specifically created for you, from the nutritional plans, training, testing and monitoring. You will gain confidence in and out of the gym while gaining knowledge on how to be self-sufficient in the gym.
