I’ve attended Jacks classes and really enjoyed them! He puts a lot of thought and effort into each class to keep them upbeat, always switching up the exercises and general flow to keep the classes from going stale. I then decided to sign up for PT sessions with him. He’s very knowledgeable and motivational, taking all my training goals into consideration when planning my sessions. Whilst training with Jack, I’ve seen great results with my goals, in particular, seeing my strength increase over a short period of time. He knows exactly how much to push you to get the most out of each session. He’s always patient, happy to explain and demo any exercise to confirm understanding. Thanks for all the help Jack.

I absolutely love going to the gym now because of the help that Jack has given me. Jack has helped me gain confidence using the equipment and has given my workouts routine and goals to reach. I hit goals all the time and can see my progression thanks to the support and encouragement that Jack gives me every session. Highly recommended to anyone .

Jack has been my pt from the beginning of my gym journey, I always felt a bit lost going to the gym and self conscious as I’m pretty overweight not knowing what on earth I was doing, I now have a great training programme and feel confident to go on my own and chase my goals. Jack is very motivating and always professional, he shows me new exercises so it never gets boring, he pushes me to be my best in every session, he’s taught me so much, it’s even helped my mental health which is huge for me! I’d highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for pt sessions

I signed up to PT with Jack because I enjoyed the way he ran the classes in the gym. He is knowledgable and very good at motivating you when you think there’s no more fuel left in the tank! Thanks to Jack I enjoy lifting weights and using machines I always ran away from. Thank you

I started training with Jack when I returned to the gym after having a baby. I was really nervous as I had gained a lot of weight and was nowhere near as strong as I used to be. Jack was incredibly patient and supportive, I always felt at ease and he never made me feel bad if I couldn’t do something. Jack showed me new exercises regularly so training never got boring and I saw results quickly. Thank you so much for all of your support!

I’ve been having pt sessions with Jack. I’m really impressed with the sessions, so much is taught in the hour and I get pushed to do my best in every session. Jack made me feel at ease and more confident going to the gym. I’ve learnt so much and I now feel motivated to reach my goals. I finished PT with Jack the week before the London Marathon and I’m still singing his praises as much as the marathon itself! Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with - he pushed me, and knew what I was capable of and without a doubt his abilities to tailor sessions to what I needed to compliment my running helped me get through the training block injury free!
