A little bit of my background…

I have over 20 years experience working within the health & fitness sector and have worked with many people who have had varying lifestyles, goals, and expectations. 
I have the practical and interpersonal skills to help motivate and support anyone who is ready to take the steps to make positive changes in their life both physically and emotionally. 
Throughout my own journey I have learnt that regular exercise helped me overcome some of the hardest emotional periods in my life. It was a constant and consistent time of the day that made me feel good and this is why I truly believe that regular exercise should be a part of everyone’s everyday life.

Exercise is as much about feeling good emotionally as it is looking good physically and regular exercise can have a hugely positive impact on anyone and can be totally life changing.
