Biography

Exercise and a healthy lifestyle has always been a top priority of mine. I’ve been in the Leisure industry for the last 14 years and was a previous British Champion and welsh champion swimmer for many years. This taught me how to be disciplined at a young age and gives me the drive I have today. I truly believe that enjoyable training, and smart nutrition, are two key elements in achieving a happy and well-balanced lifestyle. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. 

I am a knowledgeable, supportive and committed Personal Trainer, determined to help as many people as I can and become the very best version of themselves.

I understand that everyone is different, and that’s why I want to help YOU become the ultimate version of YOURSELF.
