Hi everyone!

I am Jay and I have been working here at NLC for a few years . I thoroughly enjoy working with all of you and many of you have often asked me for personal training so here I am! 

I am very excited to share my knowledge, experience, training techniques and nutritional advice with you. Whether its muscle gain, toning or general fitness,I can help you.
