Fitness has always been a part of my life, from athletics to rugby to bodybuilding; strength and conditioning has been something I have worked on for a long time. My passion for this lead me down the path of Personal Training.

I have knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness, from strength and conditioning to bodybuilding. I can maximise your results, no matter what the goal is.

My obsession and enthusiasm for training and nutrition is at the forefront of my attitude towards sessions, whether they are 1 to 1 or in groups.

The greatest satisfaction for me is knowing that someone has gotten exactly what they want out of a session, there is no better feeling!

I wish I’d got Joe as a PT sooner! I’ve trained for years and had a few PTs in the past but I constantly found myself plateauing. From session 1, joe has helped me with form, nutrition/supplements and motivation. Having regular sessions over the past few months I’ve now been hitting PBs in all areas and am MUCH happier with the shape and balance of my body. The plan we follow feels really balanced and Joe mixes it up regularly or adapts it if he spots weaknesses. He’s super knowledgeable around biomechanics and nutrition and is constantly researching the latest science. Joe is easy to be around and we always end up nerding about every kind of way to optimise health! The fact I’ve been this consistent and still keeping regular sessions shows how much I would recommend!

Joe is an excellent PT and I've really enjoyed my sessions. Joe has listened to my goals and motivated me to achieve them. Not only is Joe very knowledgeable he is also very personable which always makes sessions more enjoyable. Despite pushing me to achieve my goals Joe is always understanding of limitations such as injury and adapts as such. My confidence in the gym has improved massively. 10/10 would recommend!

Joe was a great PT, he was very patient with me and helped my back issues massively. He also pushed me into doing new exercises but understood how much I could do as a beginner. Would definitely recommend Joe for further PT sessions
