I have always had a passion to keep fit and healthy. My dad was a champion bodybuilder so from as young as I can remember I’ve been around a gym environment, training in all aspects of fitness from weight training to boxing. My drive is to transform my clients and get them the results they want. I want to share my knowledge with people in order to improve their confidence and self-esteem levels. I will motivate you to work hard and be able to see the changes for yourself. Not only will my sessions push you to your limits, but you will enjoy every minute with my friendly and enthusiastic approach.

When I started with Jon I was litrally allergic to the gym and eating healthy! I've been training with Jon for a few weeks now and now absoulty love it and got the 'exercise bug' which I didn't think would happen to ME. Not only is he a fantastic motivater he knows how far you can be pushed and doesn't let you give up! The eating plan he put together for me is perfect for me, I never knew a diet could be so easy and food is my biggest downfall in life as I've always been a foody but Jon tailored it to my needs and got it spot on. There's not one person I've spoken to that he hasn't helped acheieve their goals.

I signed up with Jon when I had a limited amount of time to achieve 3 things: increase my overall fitness; improve my core strength to tackle lower back pain issues, and probably most importantly, tackle an increase in blood pressure that was heading towards me being on long term medication. Right from the start I felt that Jon listened to me and actually responded to me and my personal goals - he also clocked that if he pushed me I would respond. In all honesty he had me pushing weights that I never thought would be possible, had me doing burpees (I HATE burpees) and was also happy to be on the receiving end of my boxing gloves after a particularly hard day (he did have pads on his hands....!!!) I am so happy with the results and the improvement in my overall fitness and strength has been absolutely fantastic (don't get me wrong - I worked very hard but I wouldn't have worked anywhere near as hard without Jon pushing me. Not only did I surpass what I thought was possible physically (from being out of breath walking up two flights of stairs to being able to run up without being breathless) but my blood pressure dropped so substantially that there is no longer any need for medication. Basically my systolic rate dropped by 30 points to within the normal range and my diastolic down 25 points - again to within normal range. Finally - our focus on my core strength has meant that the issues I was having with lower back pain are no longer issues.

All of this was achieved in four months - I wish I could have worked with Jon for longer but I have moved away from the area - he has, however, continued to support me through online diet and exercise advice.

Decided to have a change from previous gym and PT and discovered Jon . After talking about goals and diet and lifestyle I booked a block of sessions and 6 months later still with Jon .
Not only has my physique benefited but also strength, form and awareness and knowledge of gym equipment.
Jon was able to give me a taylor made set for my hectic life and vegetarian diet and lost weight in 12 weeks and made advances .
Jon is ready to give advice and answer questions . Weekly reporting back and accountability help the fitness plan and keep me on track, confidence has grown and happy to be challenged by new exercises as Jon is on hand to encourage and support and push me to ensure the best results.
More than happy to reccome d him and now we have 3 sessions per week to cover whole body .

Started training with John before Christmas and have to say I couldn’t fault him,got my goals reached and motivated to train..he brought an element of fun to training but was very professional and knowledgeable( if he asks you to do something and laughs as he says it,he’s about to put you through your paces).

Jon is one of the nicest blokes Iv meet to date! I have had a few diet plans over the years and never stuck to them, what’s started off as simple 10 sessions to give my self motivation has now lead me to do a full 3month training plan with him! He gives you the guidance and motivation you need to do the best you can, always bringing out the best of me when we have your lesions! Where I use to dread going to the gym, I get annoyed if I can’t make my PT with him due to my work and family commitments! Always understanding if I need to change a lesion and always accommodates me!! This guy is an absolute Dimond , simply gym is very lucky to have him on bored .

Started with Jon in January of this year, and already I feel like a new man, and the gym has become my favourite part of the day. Jon is approachable, a real genuine bloke, and super knowledgeable. If there's anything he doesn't know about training and nutrition, then it isn't worth knowing. The fully tailored meal plan incorporates a lot of my favourite foods, so it's not a chore, but actually a joy to follow. The training regime, and the sessions with Jon have been amazing, and with his guidance and expertise, I am finally out of my slump, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and leaving the gym at the end of my workouts feeling like I've given it my all, and feeling on top of the world. The support Jon has given me every step of the way has been second to none, and already I've lost significant body fat, and gained muscle mass, and am finally starting to feel body confident, and it's all thanks to Jon. I highly recommend that anyone seeking a personal trainer to get in touch with Jon. Outstanding at what he does, and an all round great guy.

Jon is an amazing personal trainer, he incorporates different exercises so you don’t get bored and makes you work hard everytime! He gave me a great diet plan with food I enjoyed and it was very easy to follow, as well as updates throughout the weeks I was training with him. I definitely recommend!

I have been training with Jon for 8 weeks and my strength,stamina and flexabiity have improved no end even with a chronic back injury.
Jon makes the sessions very challenging but they Are still enjoyable.
