I am an enthusiastic and motivational Personal Trainer, as I have been playing contact sports from a very young age (Rugby and Boxing) I learned how to develop programs to keep your body in optimum condition to be ready to make high explosive movements such as sprints, tackles, punches etc.. it means lean body muscle, healthy level of body fat, strong core and improved general fitness & strength level. This is what I base my programs on, ensuring my clients also have a great time at the gym turning gym sessions from “something they have to do” into “something they love to do”, this is how I ensure that my clients will still have a healthy lifestyle even after my sessions, feel free to contact me for a free consultation!
