Biography

Hi, my name is Laura Langan and I have been involved in sports and exercise from 11 years old before finding my passion in the gym 10 years ago. I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist who is passionately driven to teach others and give them the life long knowledge to succeed.  

What is fitness to you? Fitness to me is creating a positive healthy balance both physically and mentally. Fitness is more than just working out, it is a way to challenge yourself and create a body that you are proud of and love both inside and out. I have a degree in education and psychology and have a keen interest in supporting mental health and the benefits of exercise to individuals mental health. 

I support my clients through a mixture of motivation, guidance, building knowledge and making fitness fun. I understand that all of my clients are different so I create personalised workout or nutrition plans based on their lifestyle, interests and goals. The plans I create allow my clients to reach their goals whether it be weight loss, increasing strength, muscle building, building endurance, agility or improving mobility. 

I ensure I keep up to date with scientific research to enhance my own and my clients training.
