Hi I'm Rodders (lee),

I was born in Swansea but moved away at 16 to join the Army, serving 15yrs which included 2 tours of Iraq and 2 of Afghanistan.

Unfortunately in 2009 I sustained an injury to my hips which required 4 lots of surgery.

Throughout this period I put on a lot of weight but through rehabilitation I found a passion for the human body and Personal Training! This enabled me to lose weight and become a lot healthier even though I had to leave the Army on medical grounds.

I have a passion to help people reach their goals and love to help clients set those goals , make them realistic , train for them and then smash them!

I am always willing to train and participate in an event for motivation and encouragement and have massive pride in clients and friends reaching their goals !!

I’ve been with Lee for the last 6 months and he has helped me develop both physically and mentally. From someone who would never step foot into the free weight area, to now feeling confident working out on my own. I have been following his plan via an app which has been great to leave notes/ feedback on exercises and Lee will give tips and check my form. Lee’s patience and guidance has meant I’ve lost a stone and a half and feeling more confident in myself. His sessions are always varied, realistic and achievable - even though I doubt myself at times, he always pushes me to my full potential. Lee is very approachable and always around the gym if you need him or a message away.

Lee has helped change my life around! With his magic way of making you believe that any gym session is possible no matter how difficult! I have had the privilege of being under Lee’s wing now for 7 months, and not once have I felt like quitting, Lee achieved this by not only being my personal trainer but by also being a friend that pushes you out of your comfort zone and drives you to strive for the best!
All in all this man has to be one of, if not the best personal trainer!

Lee is a fantastic PT . With his knowledge , support and encouragement I have lost nearly 4 stone in the last six months. But more importantly for me he has motivated me into changing my whole lifestyle , from dietary advice to building confidence in the gym , I feel physically and mentally healthier and fitter than ever .
Lee has provided online individual training plans as well as weekly 1:1 sessions which are always varied , challenging to say the least but great fun ! He knows how to take you out of your comfort zone but at the same time makes workouts achievable , giving a massive sense of achievement week after week . He takes the ‘t’ out of the word ‘can’t’ .
He is a friendly , approachable , genuinely nice guy who is passionate about helping others and sharing his knowledge, honestly couldn’t recommend him enough 😃

I have been training with Lee for over a year now. I love how considerate he is towards my injuries (lower back and knees). He always finds modifications for me in class. He is very knowledgeable with regard to the correct form and won't let you get away with anything that's not quite right. I love our boxing PT sessions each Friday, we have such a laugh and he pushes me really hard, which is great. I have lost almost 2 stone with Lee's help and motivation. Lee is my 4th PT and I definitely saved the best until last. Thank you so much Rodders, you are a total star!

I’ve trained with Lee for a number of years, helping me back on my fitness journey after having my two children as well as a pretty major injury to my hip. He is one of the most supportive people, who helps build your confidence and self belief when you doubt yourself! Knowledgeable, encouraging, realistic, but tough when you need it (don’t think you’re going to get away with it!) if you want to improve your health and well-being, Lee will definitely give you that boost to achieve your goals.

I am almost at the end of the 8 week PT course with Rodders, I feel fitter and stronger than ever before and have a much better understanding of what to eat and how to train. I look forward to the sessions Rodders has tailored for me to follow at the gym and he is always on hand to show you how to do something if you’re not sure.
My clothes fit me better and I feel more energised, I will definitely be continuing with the plan and would recommend anyone to get in touch with Rodders, it is something I always thought of trying but never did but it has been the greatest start to 2023 for me, thank you Rodders!
