Biography

Lefteris is a fully qualified American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Level 5 Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. He specialises in rehabilitation, sports performance and special populations.

Lefteris was a professional Latin dancer for 12 years and owned and managed his own fitness studio in Athens, Greece. He moved to London to further develop his career in health and fitness. Additionally, Lefteris is a mixed martial arts instructor specialising in self-defence and holds a Black belt in Wing Chun and is 1st Dan in Can Ryu Jiu Jitsu.

Lefteris is a friendly, fun and inspiring trainer. He trained myself and my boyfriend together over a few months and showed us a great range of excercises. He was great at correcting form to avoid injury and made helpful and encouraging recommendations throughout the sessions. We worked with him both in the gym and outdoors with no equipment. He kept things fun and exciting in both settings. I highly recommend Lefteris as a trainer.

I decided to start my gym sessions back in May as a part of my weight-loss journey and thought that a good personal trainer could add extra value. I was lucky as Lefteris had availability to support me. He impressed me from day 1 as my first warm up was blended with an interesting discussion about by goal and ways to achieve it. I found him very focussed on my overall needs and changing abilities as sessions were continuously adjusted meeting my progress. Lefteris’s creativity and sense of humour attracted me to have next gym even if I was in a bad mood. As a result, I’ve managed to lose more than 10 kilos and reach my targeted weight with the incredible support provided by Lefteris. Strongly recommend! P.S. He was so good that I asked him to help me with my next goal – mussel growth for attractive body shape. New sessions just began.

Lefteris is truly one of a kind. The kind of trainer who pushes you exactly when you need to be pushed, but also a trainer who understands anatomy and how the the exercises strength, stretch or repair the body. I always left our sessions feeling that I had improved and that I had challenged myself, by doing exercises that I wouldn't normally do by myself. I'm an avid rower and runner, and have had the pleasure of working with some amazing coaches. Lefteris is definitely one of them.

I’ve had a troublesome lower back for a couple of years. Having tried various therapies from sports massage to chiropractic therapies, I was at my wits end. I began training sessions with Lefteris six months ago and he’s achieved the impossible. My lower back pain, which at times was debilitating, has all but disappeared. Lefteris has a very intuitive and informed approach - I have signed my 81-year old father who suffers from sciatica up for sessions, proof of my trust in his abilities.
