Do you want to be physically & mentally POWERFUL?!
I'm Liam Fuller, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach. My mission is to support you to become your most POWERFUL self!

I'm here to help you, by training your body to the highest standard of fitness, working with your strengths and overcoming your weaknesses through an array of exercise training; from Strength training, HIIT, Muscular Hypotrophy (building muscle) and promoting mobility & stability to attain your ultimate goals and dreams.

Not only will I take you through the foundations of fitness and nutrition, I will support you to learn through your journey and be accountable for your own success, so that you can take the knowledge with you and incorporate it into the rest of your life. 

I have helped a variety of people with losing weight, building muscle, becoming stronger, improving their mobility/stability and improving their all-round health & fitness.

I provide individualised personal training packages: from tailored personal programmes & nutritional coaching to 4-12 week transformation packages, with generous discounts on block booked PT sessions!

I have been doing Personal Training sessions with Liam for 2 years now. I was 18 stone 10lbs and had a 42" waist & 17.5" collar when I started training with him in January 2019. When discussing my goals with him, we set a goal of losing 2 stone in 6 months, which was for a holiday I was due to go on to Malaysia in June 2019. Liam wrote a programme for me and I met with him once - twice a week up until June. I thought my goal of losing 2 stone was ambitious but by the time I went on holiday in June I had actually lost over 4 stone. I also went down to a 34" waist and a 16" collar so had the pleasure of buying lots of new clothes for my holiday! Prior to training with Liam I was someone who some might have called a 'Yo-Yo Dieter' and a 'Fad' gym goer and whilst I have always had gym memberships I had never really enjoyed going to the gym/exercise, but did it out of need. I did lose some weight in the past but never more than a stone and I was never able to keep the weight off and maintain any fitness regime for longer than a few months and didn't really see the benefits. I realise since training with Liam that the reason I didn't see the benefits was that I was doing a lot of the exercises wrong. Liam has taught me how to do the techniques properly to get the most from the exercise and I continue to be amazed how Liam notices the smallest details to ensure I am getting the best from each exercise! I was nervous before having a Personal Trainer that I would feel stupid or that they would be too pushy but Liam motivates me without being pushy; to get the best out of our sessions and I never feel stupid, despite being naturally uncoordinated! I am really proud to say that I have maintained my weight loss since June 2019 and now go to the gym 5 times a week on average. I can also honestly say that I enjoy exercising now and genuinely miss it when I am not able to go to the gym, which is something I never thought I would say! I think this is because Liam regularly changes my programme and the exercises I do, which means every session with him is different and I can then do those exercises myself in the gym which makes my gym sessions enjoyable. Whilst Liam has supported me to achieve my original goals, I continue to set myself goals and my current goal is to get a 'six-pack' for a challenge I am doing with some work colleagues and I feel confident, with Liam's training that I will be a contender in this competition, which is something I would have never thought possible before training with Liam! :-)
