Hello everyone, my name is Mafula Soki and I’m here to help you transform yourself into the person you always wanted to be.

I have always been fascinated on how the body works and what it can become. The way a body can grow or even decrease considering the individuals goal and aspirations which they are trying to achieve.

I understand that people have different goals and targets body types which they desire. It can be difficult knowing where to start and believe me we have all been there. Starting is the hardest part. Fitness is all about consistency, will and getting it done. There are days you might dread getting out of bed, but it is all a part of the process. Sometimes it is as simple as just believing in yourself, signing up to a gym and putting in that work. At first it can feel like a chore but once you get that gym bug there will be no stopping your drive. It will become second nature and you will look back thinking where have you been all my life.
