There are many reasons people exercise, whether you want to improve your sports performance, training for an event, reduce health risks or look and feel better, I can help you achieve your goals. I have played sports to a high level, completed in over 18 marathons and ultra marathons, boxed and more importantly improved my health and wellbeing during the 7 years I've been a personal trainer.
I work with clients to achieve their goals and have had great success over the years. I will work with you taking ownership of your goals, setting programmes, following nutrition guidelines and most importantly making the sessions enjoyable so we can achieve your goals, whilst enjoying the journey.

I've been training with Mark for almost 2 years now. Mark is a fantastic personal trainer who has truly helped me change my life. He challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. He has taught me so much about nutrition and has completely changed the way I look at things. Mark plans each session so well so your whole body gets a great work out. Since training with Mark, I am fitter, stronger and more able to control my weight. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Mark manages to keep me motivated and focused with interesting and enjoyable sessions. He always pushes me to work hard, in a nice way, and this has resulted in me feeling stronger and fitter than I ever have before. Mark comes highly recommended.
Mark has been my PT for just under a year now and I am beyond happy with the results. I've lost weight, inches, toned up and improved my fitness dramatically. I've trained with Mark for a number of years now, first starting out with a weight loss goal which we achieved very quickly. He's completely changed my outlook on exercise and nutrition and more importantly my lifestyle. I've started to enjoy running and now compete in many events but continue to have PT with him as it provides such a focus and I know with Mark whatever my goal or ambition he'll help me achieve it.
