About
Hi all, I’m Mark
I started my training journey many years ago at the tender age of 16 (5’6” tall and 8 stone) when I joined the British Army. As you can imagine, the training was tough, but I got through it... how? Teamwork - when things got hard (and they did), my team was there to fall back on. Working with me as your Personal Trainer means we become a team, and when the training becomes tough(and it will), I will be there to support you, help you physically and mentally to push through and reach your goals.
Another attribute that I gained from my time in the Army was confidence from one of the tools I used - boxing meaning I built my fitness again, both physically and mentally. With this training, I survived the rigors of combat in its many forms, in many different areas of the world for 12 years.
I enjoy training, it is my go-to place... why? Because it’s fun.
We will train and train hard, but it will be fun and if it’s not fun why would you do it?
Recently I took up Karate, this is a new challenge for me, but now I have a new goal that I will achieve - how about you? What’s your goal?
Whatever it is, we as a team can achieve it.
