Biography

I am a function oriented trainer that looks to what the latest research recommends to develop my training programmes and nutrition coaching.  I have over a decade of experience in the gym and have been qualified in the fitness industry almost as long. I also teach Jiu-Jitsu and train Mui Thai and Boxing, having recently raised over £500 in a charity White Collar match.

Training with me means working out intelligently, rather than habitually.  This can mean retiring more widely practised exercises that can risk long term physical health; or making small changes to exercises to get the most out of every movement.  Outside the gym, my clients receive nutrition and lifestyle support to supplement goals ranging from weight management to posture correction. My clients have become stronger, fitter, dropped dress sizes and regained lost mobility and I am here to help you do the same.
