Biography

My name is Mike Phillips and I have been a certified Level 3 trainer since 2013 and worked with a variety of clients from athletes to absolute beginners and have also worked with special population clients. I am passionate about helping people see their true potential when it comes to their health and fitness and one of my main focus points when working with clients is to focus on their nutrition as well as their training as a lot of people tend to neglect that aspect. One of my biggest successes is working with a very busy client from home with just the space of her living room, still eating three meals a day and enjoying weekends YET she still lost nearly 7stone and did not restrict her nutrition or lifestyle.
