Hi there, I am Mikey Havill-Tierney, a certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. Fitness has been a fundamental part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it is my mission to share that same passion with others.
My journey in fitness began 4 years ago when I was in secondary school, that is when I learnt the deep impact that physical health has on overall well-being. I discovered that through dedication, proper guidance, and the right mindset, anyone can unlock their potential and feel confident in their body. This realisation led me to pursue a career within the fitness industry, where I can help others find that same strength and confidence within themselves.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to fitness. I don't just focus on physical training; I also emphasise on the importance of nutrition, recovery and mental wellness. I understand that real change comes from a balanced and sustainable approach, so I work closely with my clients to make sure they are making progress in all aspects of their health.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing my clients achieve things they never thought possible. Watching someone hit a personal best, recover from an injury, or simply feel better in their own skin is what drives me everyday. My goal is to empower you to take control of your fitness journey and create lasting, positive change in your life.
When I am not training clients, you will find me on the football pitch and in bars and clubs. Yes I know a very weird contrast between the two hey. Alongside my work as a personal trainer, I play semi professional football for a step 4 called Leverstock Green FC. My dream is to become a professional footballer and make it to the big leagues, and I believe with hard work and dedication I will get there one day. As well as that I am a DJ. Music is my other passion alongside my football, everywhere I go you will see me with my headphones in. I believe that staying active and having a good balance with enjoying your life too is key to good long-term health, and I love to bring that energy into my sessions.

Mikey took me through his shoulders and triceps workout and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He knows what he's doing and has allowed me to implement exercises into my routine to further improve muscle growth.
