Hi, I am a CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer with many years of experience in Fitness and Wellbeing. I am also a 2nd Degree Muay Thai Boxing Instructor of 10 years. I can use this to incorporate into a personal training programme as a great addition or I can train and grade you in the Martial Art or get you ready to compete. I specialise in Strength and Conditioning for fitness or competition.

I can provide you with 1:1 or Small Group Training sessions using the most modern and dynamic techniques to help you achieve noticeable progress FAST that will LAST. 

I can also provide online programmes specifically designed for your needs. Full mentoring is included. 

I have the drive and desire to help everyone achieve their individual goals regardless of age, gender or physical abilities and fitness levels.

I trained with Mosh for three months and the changes I’ve experienced in my mind and body in that time are unbelievable. I used to dread going to the gym myself but it’s become the highlight of my day. Mosh is very friendly and encouraging, and knows when you need a break and when he can to push you to give a little bit more. Every session is different but I always leave on a high and looking forward to the next one. Since starting my training with Mosh 4 months ago, I have seen some amazing results. I've lost 23 pounds and my body fat has gone from 33% to 26%. Ive lost 4.5 inches from my hips, 3 inches from my waist and 2.5 inches from each thigh. Before I started I was eating fairly well and a regular member of the gym doing my own thing but Mosh has shown me the exact type of exericse that I need to do to reach my goals. Regardless of what your goal is, he takes the time to get to know you and tailors your training to your individual needs. I love that each and every session is totally different so it stays interesting and you never get bored. Mosh is tough and pushes you hard but only as far as he knows you can go. Looking back to 4 months ago, I never would have dreamed that I could be where I am today, which is so much healthier and lighter than I have been in over 20 years, which isnt bad for someone in their 40's. I still have a way to go and thats why I have committed to keep training. Thanks so much.
