Qualified Personal Trainer involved in exercise and fitness for 14 years. 

Highly proficient in various combat training (kickboxing, Thai boxing, MMA, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu) for over 10 years, in which I include techniques into my training sessions.

I am a former Neurophysiologist and I have studied Health care Science, Physiological Sciences and Human Anatomy. Incorporating these qualifications with my Exercise, Fitness and Nutrition Certifications, I am able to train clients to a high potential while adhering to a safe, healthy and effective manner. 

My programmes consist of a range of techniques to train in a variety of functional and dynamic methods to achieve clients’ targets and more.

My services also include offering Nutritional guidance and meal plans to assure each individual is fuelling their body correctly.
