Before you read any further, if you are looking for a personal trainer and see me on the gym floor and I am free, please do not hesitate to grab me for a good old-fashioned chat.
As a personal trainer, my goal is simple, I help my clients achieve their goals, whilst incorporating healthier lifestyle choices that can positively impact other areas of their lives and improve confidence.
As someone who has experienced many of the same frustrations as my clients that a 9 to 5 job can bring I know how hard that can be. Using this knowledge and drawing from my own experiences allows me to relate to my clients and dig deeper into their goals and barriers.

Whether your goal is weight gain, fat loss, general fitness or if you have no idea but you just want to include exercise in your daily life I am here to help kickstart that journey with you.

Neil is an excellent PT! From the the very start, he really understood my goal of wanting an overall lifestyle change and to build good, sustainable habits. He made sure to cater his advice to that and checked in with me regularly on things like staying active throughout the day, not just in the gym.

During sessions, he would readily answer all the questions I had around fitness and nutrition which helped me learn for the long term, and he would provide the right level of support and encouragement- not making things too easy or too difficult but just right for making incremental progressing.

Not to mention, he was always incredibly friendly and approachable. I genuinely looked forward to every session I had with him 😊

In terms of results, I saw a lot of progress in undertaking a 3 months program with Neil. Losing fat, gaining muscle and strength, and gaining confidence too.

In future when if need more support I can definitely see myself working with him again and would recommend him to anyone in the Stratford area.

Neil is a fantastic PT, so much so that I followed him to his new gym!
My sessions are never boring and I feel like I am progressing and getting stronger each time I train with him. He has a clear plan of my workouts for each session with an aim to achieve my fitness goals. He is great at motivating me and pushing me to reach my potential! I highly recommend him!

Neil trained me at the start of the year and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done to help my fitness and overall confidence. I've worked out on my own before, but fell into a slump. I had put on 16kg before I finally reached out to Neil. In the 4 months we trained I was able to shed 12kg, while having a better relationship with my food and exercise. I have got my confidence back and feel fitter than I did at the turn of the year. I have just completed a 16 week programme set out by Neil and it was so helpful. Neil is a fantastic PT Coach who is very dedicated to all his clients and makes an effort to get to know each one.
I’ve been doing his PT classes since the start of the new year and it has made a big impact on my lifestyle and mindset. Neil is also very patient and communicates very well through each session so it’s a lot easier to pick up each technique and to see some fast results through weigh in’s and progress photos. I have had the pleasure of working with Neil, my personal trainer, for over a year and a half now and I can honestly say that he has been instrumental in my fitness journey.

Neil has helped me get stronger, fitter, and work through mobility issues that I've had due to previous injuries. What impresses me most about him is his knowledge and ability to tailor each workout to my specific needs. Neil is the best PT I have ever met, he helped me with my meal and workout plan, he knows how to motivate people and will always help with your workout journey. I have decided to leave the gym in East Ham and follow him in the new gym in Stratford, I know that is really worth it.
