I’ve always been into my fitness, be it rugby, boxing, or surfing, and I have been frequenting the gym since I was old enough to join one.
In 2020, I retired from a 15 year career as a quantity surveyor due to an eye disease called retinitis pigmentosa. The lockdown was hard for me; I was losing my sight and imprisoned in my own home. However, I focused on my health and fitness in my home gym. I felt stronger, healthier, and more confident. I feel like I can help others do the same. I believe strongly, that health and fitness, in any form, is a huge factor of maintaining ones mental health. Through healthy lifestyle choices, a sensible diet, and exercise, I believe everyone can become a happier and more productive version of themselves.
As your PT, your goals become my goals. We’re in this together. With my knowledge as a qualified PT we will design your programme, with exercises and movements that will best suit your needs, lifestyle, and interests. We will plan your programme in detail, weeks in advance, adjusting and adapting as we progress.
With my analytical history, I will be keep working on your goals, long after you’ve showered and left the gym. I’ll be reviewing your session, the exercises, the volume, the progressive curve and your rate of exertion, so that your next session with me is an advancement from your last.
My tunnel vision means I’m focused. When you’re training with me, you’re the only person in the gym.
