Hi, My name is Patrycja and I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Gym and Group Exercise to Music Instructor. 

I strongly believe that hard work pays off but at the same time, I know how important it is to balance between spending time at the gym and living
your life outside of it.

I can ensure that your exercising can be fun, interesting, but challenging and effective at the same time.

I will help you achieve your goals by designing a program personalized to your needs and availabilities.

Are you a busy individual? Parent who barely finds time for the gym? Do you spend a lot of time exercising yet you are still not happy with the results? 

Maybe you would like to start but don't know how? Or are you stuck with the same machines since you remember because you not sure how to use a different ones? Do not worry; I'm here for you!

I will create an exercise program that suits you, help with your healthy eating habits and enable to reach your goals and be the best version of yourself.

She made me feel comfortable and gave great advice and instructions as to where I should be improving on my body and my diet habits. I Feel exhausted but great.
