Hi I'm Phil. I have been training for 20 years now. I have a great deal of experience and knowledge in all aspects of fitness training. My main goal is to help guide, advise, push and teach you the realities and techniques of all fitness training and what it actually takes to help you become the best version of yourself no matter what age you are, if you are just starting out or have been training for many months or years I can help you.

I'm also am very passionate about educating people on the dark side of social media fitness and the unrealistic expectations that are given to you by many unqualified and uneducated individuals.
