Biography

I’m Rhiannon, a personal trainer who has gained experience in the fitness industry from training people for over two years, as well as from my own personal development in the gym over the past 6 years.

My main focus is to help people reach their individual goals, by adapting behaviours and lifestyle choices so that all changes are sustainable.

I have experience in training both men and women, 1-2-1, in pairs and in small groups. I offer 30 minutes to 1-hour sessions covering weight training, cardio and HIIT training. If you work alongside me as a personal trainer, I will create a personal plan for you, giving you the right training and nutritional advice to focus on your individual goals.

Having trained on and off since I was 16, I've never seen better results than I trained with Rhiannon for 9 months. We focused on high intensity workouts twice a week, and I've seen both strength and muscle gains, while going from 72kg to 68kg. She was also great in helping me to work out bad form habits, especially with squats and deadlifts. I would definitely recommend training with her.

She is young and energetic, but more importantly she is very professional and super passionate about fitness so you always feel full of energy during the training sessions. As a young professional I have social events that mean I can’t always make perfect food choices and I also like a drink at the weekend. Rhiannon was the first personal trainer who told me that this was ok and that I don’t need to stop doing anything I like to be fit and get the results I wanted. I can say that I honestly enjoyed every session that I had with her while also getting the results I wanted and feeling like I had a great workout. From the minute I spoke to her about starting training I could tell how passionate she was about her work and this definitely came through in the support that she provided out of session. She never made me feel bad for having had a bad week and felt much more like a knowledgable, supportive friend than a punitive trainer. Throughout training I suffered with back pain when doing certain exercises and she always adapted what we did to make sure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend training with her.

Rihannon is an amazing trainer. She listened to me, my short and long term goals, understood what would fit my lifestyle and tailored the perfect programme for me. She got to know me and the extent of my strength so well that she was able to make changes (on sets, exercise variations, reps etc) on the spot which enabled me to get the most out of each exercise and each rep.
