Having been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years, I have built a vast amount of knowledge and experience working up to a level 4 Personal trainer. My passion is working with people on their journey to help them become happier, healthier and stronger. Combining these with my high level of motivation I can create safe, effective and fun training sessions, helping many clients over the years to achieve amazing results.

I have a degree in Nutrition and Human Health that meets high standards set out by the Association for Nutrition, therefore, I am currently a Registered Associate Nutritionist. This means I provide knowledge backed by evidence based scientific research within my nutrition coaching and dietary analysis, with my clients receiving only the best knowledge within the field. 

I use professional specialist software to complete dietary analysis of a food diary giving a detailed report on Energy balance, macronutrients, vitamins and minerals. With my nutrition coaching I believe providing you with the education to make better food choices and improving relationship with food, which will provide greater success long term than any quick fix diets.
