Hi my name is Roy and I am a level 3 personal trainer working in the Doncaster area.

I have a passion for health and fitness and would love to pass on my knowledge to anyone who needs help and support with weight loss, cardio conditioning, muscle gains, strength training and health and well-being. 

I offer a FREE initial session to discuss your goals and preferences.  I will design a programme specifically tailored to you, offer nutritional advice, provide exciting training methods, and constant support and monitoring of your progress along the way.

My sessions are flexible to suit each client’s individual needs and lifestyle, from early before work to late night sessions, timing will never be an issue.
