Hi, my name is Savannah.

My fitness journey started at the age of 16 when I decided it was time that I start treating my body right by eating healthy and exercising. I started non contact boxing and occasionally went to the gym with no clue what I was doing.

After a year, I had met so many great people that helped build my love for the gym as well as helped me realize that I never needed to be afraid of food. Since then, I have felt confident, happy, healthy and the best part of my day is going to the gym. 

I decided to turn my passion into a career in order to motivate others to become their strongest, healthiest and happiest selves. I will help you build up the confidence you need both in and outside of the gym.

I plan to constantly further my knowledge through courses as well as physically trying out different forms of training in order to constantly be able to offer my clients something that is new and exciting. I will provide sessions that are enjoyable while still pushing you past your limits to prove that you are capable of achieving something great.

Savannah was absolutely brilliant. As someone who had experience of gyms, but lacked confidence, she helped me build that and push myself; trying out new exercises, heavier weights, and new ways of working out. It was always relaxed and friendly and I left every sessions feeling great!
What a breathe of fresh air. Savannah is always encouraging and pushing me to train harder, move faster and after just a few weeks with her I can see the results. Weight is dropping off, muscles are getting bigger and more defined and I feel 10 year younger. Highly recommend her.

Contacted Savannah. I was looking for a trainer who would guide and mentor me in reducing weight and increasing my overall fitness. 7 months later Savannah is still my trainer, we meet up weekly. Getting back into the gym after so long away was extremely daunting, until I came across Savannah. She has made and continues to make me feel comfortable within the gym. Her knowledge of fitness is fantastic and she strives to make every session fun. Savannah is also great at adapting exercisies when and where necessary.
