My fitness journey started as a hobby to improve my strength and fitness level, with the bonus of increasing my self-confidence. I discovered a passion for weight lifting and cardio training and decided that I’d like to turn my passion into a career.

I completed my Level 2 and 3 Personal Training qualifications whilst working as a Duty Manager at Simply Gym Llansamlet for two years. I have conducted a variety of classes whilst working as a Duty Manager and had the opportunity to get to know many members and provide workout programmes, progress check-ins and advice when needed.

It has always been important to me to have a career in a physically engaging environment where I can help others achieve their goals, help establish a healthier lifestyle and give that boost in one’s confidence. Believe in your own potential!

I recommend Scott because he's very patient and will always help you out in the best way, whether you want to achieve small or big goals. With Scott, I have lost nearly 2 stone - I was 16st 3lbs before starting, and now I am 14st 5lbs. Scott has helped me reach my goals and pushed me to my limits in training, and he's helped me achieve new PB's I never thought I could achieve. He's also very kind, funny and is the top man for if you want to improve your health, fitness and nutrition. Thanks, Scott!

Would highly recommend Scott if you're looking for a PT even if you think 'oh I know what im doing'. I have been following my personalised programme since August and working with Scott I have increased my strength and overall fitness. He always replies to messages promptly. He's extremely knowledgeable and spurs you on when you need that little extra motivation.

I didn’t feel confident enough to use equipment in the gym and have always struggled with my technique. Scott kindly went out of his way to show me how to confidently use a variety of equipment in the gym and has given me advice on how to complete certain exercises that I have struggled with, such as RDLs!
