I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer available for 1:1 sessions and small group PT classes. I take a holistic approach to clients' well being when developing individually tailored programmes - and put achievable, yet challenging goals in place. My focus is on making you stronger and more confident, by integrating resistance training, functional movements and core function in my coaching.  I can provide nutrition advice and mindfulness techniques to complement your exercise programme.
