At first, going to the gym was something I did to lose weight. Over time, I fell in love with the journey and it’s something that’s made me both physically and mentally stronger. It’s not been without its challenges and graft. But every step, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction. I’ve gained a lot of experience and expertise on my own journey, and now I want to share that with you.
I’ve also got a Master’s Degree in dance, so I’m also keen to use the dance floor for fitness. Dancing is a great way to stay flexible and mobile. If dance fitness is something you’re interested in, then I’m on hand to guide you. I may have just become a qualified Personal Trainer, but I’m not stopping there. I want to keep learning and find new ways of loving my profession, and I want to help you find your passion too.
