Biography

Throughout my life I was always encouraged to do what I enjoy, this led me on the path of sports and exercise throughout school and onto uni where I studied BSc Sport and Exercise Science, and now into my job; I encourage my clients to do this same when it comes to their health and fitness, find a training method you enjoy, exercises you like and it will never feel like a chore.

I have always been into sport and exercise, I did competitive gymnastics for numerous years, later going onto coaching. Back when I started uni I would train a little, however, I would go to the gym once, maybe twice a week and only train abs, I wouldn’t do any weights, I wouldn’t even do cardio; in January 2018 I decided to make a change, I wanted to build my physique, build muscle, get stronger and feel more confident within myself, this is when I started to train consistently, eat better and I fell in love with the whole process, my confidence grew, in- and outside of the gym, I was feeling stronger mentally and physically, and I want to help others feel the same, whether your goal is to fat/weight loss, muscle/weight gain or, to lift heavier, if I can help you build confidence, feel better, healthier and happier, we have won, any physical changes are an added bonus.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 3 Exercise for Ante and Post Natal
  • Currently undertaking course to become a certified nutrition coach
