I thrive on achievement. By supporting and seeing you achieve your goals, I achieve mine. I’ve coached, trained and supported 1000’s of individuals and teams to maximise their performance through physical activity over the past 15 years. These individuals have included a well known celebrity on Dragons Den, students in education with the ambition to join the uniformed services and people wishing to qualify as personal trainers.

I believe in practising what I preach, so at the same time I have maintained and achieved my personal fitness goals by completing 2 day mountain marathons, long distance triathlons and I’ve also ‘escaped from Alcatraz’! My mantra within fitness is to maximise individual performance, both in your personal and professional life. In 2011, I completed an MA in Professional Development investigating if there is a link between physical activity and productivity. I am an expert in aligning business goals with personal ones and can advise on the parallels between fitness and productivity.

As a former Royal Marine Commando, a qualified teacher in education and successful Director within a multi-million pound company, I can draw on all my life experience in order to ensure that you achieve your personal goals. I achieve this through life coaching and personal training.

I cannot recommend Stewart enough. His skill and professionalism is absolutely first class. Loved my work out and left feeling confident and happy about going to the gym. Very lovely man and made me feel extremely comfortable during our session. I left with great advice and some great workouts to do at home also. Very good PT!
