I’m a fitness addict who loves to help others with my knowledge and skills that I’ve gained through my journey as a professional rugby league player. 

Throughout my career I’ve been blessed to work with some of the best trainers and coaches in the UK, all specialising in different aspects of the latest training methods. These include:-

During the last 5 years, I’ve been able to study, learn, as well as put into practice new skills for my own fitness achievements so I can excel in my professional career. 

I want to share my passion and knowledge with you in order to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. 

I can cater for clients whatever your current fitness level, ability, shape, size or age may be. 

Through hard work, goal setting, and guidance in taking steps in the right direction, my aim is to empower you to become the best version of yourself. All I ask is 110% effort.
