My fitness journey began from youth through competing in judo, swimming and athletic competitions. During my teen years I began resistance training and learning the importance of correct nutrition, this was when I realised it takes more than lifting weights or running on a treadmill to get real long term results. My body transformation packages have been designed over my years of training to specialise in weight loss, increase strength, muscle gain, improved flexibility and overall better fitness. Each programme is tailored to YOUR individual needs to optimise your results. I am a certified Level 3 PT with a BSC degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology as well as a qualified sports massage therapist allowing me to share vast  amounts of knowledge on pain management, optimising your performance and to help those struggling to lose weight or gain muscle. I pride myself on being a body transformation specialist with a passion for results!
