I am a former International athlete. I used to compete as a track athlete, my chosen events were both the 200 metres and 400 metres.

My career ended prematurely, due to injuries, thus I went into Personal Training, Sports and Injury Massage and a Reiki Practitioner. I've been Instructing and Personal Training since 1997.

I enjoy training people and assisting them with their fitness goals, fat loss and sport specific challenges. I cater my training sessions to specifically target my clients needs. I combine my vast experience stemming from my athletics background as well as my Sports Massage & Injury knowledge to keep my clients working hard and injury free.
