Biography

I'm Zahra. Fitness has been my passion from a young age but I only uncovered this truth after I had my son in 2016. I gave up my media career to build my repertoire of skills. I love working with women and creating bespoke fitness programmes to help them reach their goals. Pre and post natal health is my forte.
