Head Coach Pilates Job Abu Dhabi: lead Reformer Pilates at a new wellness centre on Al Corniche

A premium, ladies-only social wellness centre on Al Corniche, one of Abu Dhabi's most prestigious addresses, is opening its doors, and we're hiring an experienced female Pilates Head Coach to lead its coaching team. You'd be joining at launch, setting the standards from day one rather than stepping into someone else's routine. The role

You'll lead coaching standards, own programme design and guide the team, while still delivering classes and private sessions yourself. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll also own the class timetable, managing coverage across the team. We're also hiring a Coach to deliver classes alongside you; that role has its own listing.

What you'll teach

Reformer Pilates sits at the heart of the offer, alongside Mat Pilates and other mind-and-body formats. Experience with Cadillac, barrel, chair or sculpt is a bonus, not a requirement.

How much can you earn as a Pilates coach in Abu Dhabi?

In this role, the Head Coach will receive a confirmed AED 12,000 all-inclusive monthly salary, with additional earning potential through performance based commissions. Commissions will be linked to Personal Training sales and class occupancy, giving strong coaches the opportunity to increase their monthly income based on their commercial performance and ability to build a loyal client base. As with all UAE based roles, the salary is tax free.

Is visa sponsorship included?

Yes. Visa sponsorship is provided and fully employer-paid, so there's no cost to you for your work permit or residence visa. It covers you from your first day.

What insurance, leave and training do you get?

You'll also receive medical insurance at the UAE statutory standard, 30 days of annual leave plus UAE public holidays, and dedicated onboarding training in breathwork and guided contrast therapy. This training is an investment in developing you as a coach, on top of the visa and insurance cover, and development doesn't stop at onboarding: there's a commitment to keep upskilling the right people.

Who we're looking for

We need a Head Coach who brings:

• High-level Reformer Pilates ability, with recognised Reformer and Mat Pilates qualifications
• The leadership to set coaching standards, shape programming and guide a small team
• Strong anatomy, movement quality and class-planning knowledge
• The confidence to coach members across every experience level
• Current first aid and CPR certification
• Fluent professional English
• Warmth, presence and a genuine connection with people. Personality over profile

Nice to have: Cadillac, barrel and chair experience for 1:1 work, sculpt or other mind-and-body disciplines such as yoga, and experience in a premium fitness, Pilates, hospitality or wellness setting.

• This is a female-only appointment: the centre is a ladies-only facility, so we're hiring female coaches only
• It's six days a week, with demand-led hours around peak class and private session times
• There's no relocation package. Flights and accommodation are your own, so you should already be based in the UAE or wider GCC, or genuinely able and willing to relocate at your own cost
• You'll need to attend an in-person assessment in Abu Dhabi at your own expense
• Professional English is what you need. Arabic isn't required
