Responsibilities

• Provide personalised training programs tailored to clients' fitness goals and needs.
• Lead group personal training sessions with a focus on safety and effective workout techniques.
• Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored exercise plans.
• Offer motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead group personal training sessions with a focus on safety and effective workout techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a strong client base preferred.
• Minimum 18 months in-gym experience as a PT, Group Exercise Instructor, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
