2) Stop the Yo Yo Diet!

Skipping meals and restricting your calories significantly can lead to initial weight loss, but this can also affect your energy levels. Your much more likely to succeed by following  a long term healthy eating plan.

3) Make your workouts shorter but more intense

While 60 minutes on the treadmill can be beneficial. short intense amounts of exercise can help you get fit, help you stay fit, and help you maintain your health. Shorter, more intense bouts of exercise can also boost both short term and long-term exercise capacity, resulting in more efficient workouts

4) Get more sleep

Lack of sleep can not only have a affect on your diet it can also have a detrimental affect on your workout times. When you’re suffering from slept debt, everything you do feels more challenging, specifically your workouts.

5) Write it Down

Many times a fitness slump can be the result of feeling like you’re not making progress. When you’re so focused on where you want to go it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come. Keep a journal or use your smartphone and apps like Map My Run to record your progress.
