Everyone’s fitness journey starts for a different reason — to get stronger, recover from injury, or feel better physically and mentally. Sometimes you just need the right support to overcome the hurdles that hold you back.

Becoming a Personal Trainer wasn’t always my dream, but it became the career I needed. My journey began over a decade ago while training to join the Royal Marines, while during training I enhanced discipline, adaptability, and resilience. Although my time in the Marines ended early due to medical discharge, it gave me a new mission — to help others become stronger, together.

Since qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2021 and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2022, I’ve helped over 250 people transform their lives through fitness, empathy, and education.

After moving to Thame in 2021, I’ve become deeply involved in the local community — coached at Racquets Fitness Centre, leading classes with Invictus, and working with Thame Runners and Thame Women’s Football Club all through LAMBS Fitness.

My philosophy is simple: fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, education, and community. My goal is to help every client become stronger, healthier, and more resilient — together.

I contacted Aaron after having a physically tough pregnancy, wanting to lose the ‘baby weight’ and get back to my base level of fitness. I currently live in Cyprus and Aaron created easily accessible online personalised fitness programmes for me to follow, taking into account my fitness level post pregnancy which has helped me build my strength, stamina and most importantly confidence back up. Aaron is highly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly cares about your journey to reach your goals (and he will make sure you get there, even from 2500 miles away!). The plans Aaron designed were realistic, effective, and tailored perfectly to my needs as my fitness has improved. Aaron has always answered my questions, and made me feel like no question was too small.

I truly would recommend Aaron to anyone looking to improve health, fitness and confidence (from near and afar!). He’s the very best!

I have been working with Aaron for just over a year. Originally, the plan was to see whether I could improve running speed/form. However this quickly changed to seeing whether we could reduce the constant back pain I had been in for over 30 years......well we have succeeded! He listens to when I know I can't push it and amends the plan but the rest of the time we just go for it
He says I am his most challenging client but I am sure he would enjoy the challenge of someone with more medical quirks

I initially started working with Aaron in February after having a calf injury that had been plaguing me since October 2024. Since then I have returned to running fitter and faster than I ever thought possible. Somehow, Aaron has managed to get me over my pathological fear of anything fitness related! He pushes me when I need it and just exists/eats ice cream with me when that is needed. He works with all my family on our individual needs and has changed all our lives. Couldn't think of a better trainer. His morning SGC sessions are awesome and more people should give them a shot!

I’ve been training with Aaron for a bit over two years now, and he’s honestly one of the best. Super professional, really knows his stuff, and always keeps sessions challenging but fun.
