Hey I’m Adam
I’ve been an active person my whole life, from being a trained dancer in Ballet, swimming, horse riding to competing in athletics. Over the past six years, I’ve built a strong foundation and passion in the gym developing a real love for strength training and now helping others feel confident in their bodies.
I work with a wide range of clients but have a real passion for creating inclusive spaces where LGBTQ+ people can thrive in fitness. My style is supportive, down to earth, and focused on building real, lasting results. I understand how powerful movement can be, not just physically but for your mental wellbeing too.

I can’t recommend Adam Emblem enough! As someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, it’s amazing to have a fellow LGBTQ+ personal trainer who understands the importance of creating an inclusive, welcoming space 🏳️🌈. From the very first session, Adam made me feel comfortable and supported.
The initial consultation was incredibly thorough – we talked about what I did and didn’t like about exercise, my past experiences, and my personal goals 💪. Adam took all of that on board and created a tailored workout plan that fits around my lifestyle, making sure my fitness journey is enjoyable rather than a chore.
We do a mix of in-person sessions in Manchester and online training, with all my routines set on the super easy-to-use Trainerize app. It’s great having the flexibility to train both ways, and it keeps things consistent even when life gets busy.
Adam is so friendly, bubbly, and easy to get along with – the in-person workouts fly by because we’re having such a good time. He’s motivating without being pushy, always making sure I feel confident in the gym, and he gives great advice on everything from strength training to muscle-building workouts 🏋️♂️
