My passionate approach is built on the belief that fitness should improve both your physical and mental wellbeing without feeling intimidating or out of reach.
Through my own weight loss and fitness journey, I discovered how powerful exercise can be for building confidence, improving mental health, and creating a healthier lifestyle.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to get started, stay motivated, and find fitness support that is fun, approachable and affordable. That’s why my approach focuses on providing realistic, supportive, and cost-effective coaching tailored to everyday people and real-life goals.

Whether your aim is weight loss, increasing strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, or simply feeling healthier and more confident, my coaching offers personalised training designed to help you progress in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

Using a combination of strength training, functional fitness, and cardio-based sessions, I help clients build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a more positive mindset — all in a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.

I also work from Dunston Leisure Centre.

Adam is a great Personal Trainer, knows his stuff, works hard to help and support you with training, meal ideas, even going as far as looking up specific meal plans for me as a vegan! Really thoughtful and supportive and definitely has me feel trained at the end of a workout! 🤣 highly recommend! 👌🏽

Adam is a top bloke, very friendly. He has tailored my workout to better suit my goal of flag poling while avoiding exercises that are bad for hypermobility. I highly recommend Adam even if your not new to fitness.
