I’m focused on improving both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Exercise is a powerful way to reduce stress, boost mood, and build confidence.
My passion is to help and support people, by tailoring a programme designed especially for you as an individual. Helping you build sustainable habits and a positive mindset in a fun, safe and supportive environment. It’s not just about how you look—it’s about how you feel, inside and out.
I began my own fitness journey about a year ago. I was going through a rough time mentally, dealing with depression, lack of motivation and low self-esteem. I began exercising and found that it improved my mental health as well as my physical fitness.
I was able to lose 50lbs in about 6 months. The best outcome was that I felt fantastic, my mood was boosted, my whole mental wellbeing was improved.
It was then I decided I'd love others to experience the same feeling. I'm determined to help and guide people through hard times. I understand that fitness can seem like a challenge to so many but it doesn't have to be.
Everyone is unique in their potential and I'm confident I can help them shine.

Adam is a top bloke, very friendly. He has tailored my workout to better suit my goal of flag poling while avoiding exercises that are bad for hypermobility. I highly recommend Adam even if your not new to fitness.
