About
Hello everyone!
My name is Adi and I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer at the Finchley Lido Leisure Centre.
I am here to help you move - lightly and confidently.
To help you lift - heavier and safely.
And most of all, to help you feel better - body and soul.
You see, I’m relatively new to fitness, about 10 years, but I’m not new to teaching and coaching; For 20+ years I’m a professional musician and a former head teacher of my very own music school. As life pushed on, I had to give away my school and I dedicated myself to the performance side of music and be with the guitar on stage or in the studio for most days and nights.
Over time, the long hours, poor posture, and emotional stress from giving up my school led to bad chronic back and shoulder pain, fatigue, and a decline in my mental health.
It all started to change when I met my then personal trainer: Oren, who specialises in Functional Training and weight lifting.
We started from two sessions per week, and my back pain and shoulder pains were gone, never to return and I was full of energy.
We then moved to twice plus a class per week, that quickly became three times per week plus any classes I wanted and I was fortunate to be trusted with a key to his gym.
In the fourth year Oren asked me to get certified as a PT and join his team but it was the same year my family and I had to move to London.
Fast forward on a couple relocating with two young boys, music projects because it’s London, keep training and staying fit, global pandemic and PT Academy studies for Level 3.
Here I am, ready to do what I love most - teaching and coaching others.
In my sessions, you can expect:
* Functional training that fits your daily life and what you wish to achieve.
* Total-body workouts that work all major muscle groups.
* A strong emphasis on technique, progression, and sustainable growth.
* Empathy, support, encouragement and zero judgement.
So whether you’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level, I’m here to guide you - with patience, purpose, and a good playlist if you need one.
Feel free to say Hi, get a high five, and let’s talk about how I can help you.
