Hi! I'm Adriana, and I'm thrilled to be your new Personal Trainer!
What makes me different? I bring together my Level 3 Personal Training expertise with my Philosophy degree to create a truly holistic approach to fitness. As a passionate long-distance runner who's completed several marathon and half-marathons (with an ultra-marathon planned for my 50th birthday!), I understand what it takes to build endurance, stay motivated, and achieve challenging goals.
