Since I started my journey into the fitness industry over ten years ago I’ve always had a fascination with what the mind and body can accomplish. I’ve learnt through experience everyone is capable of breaking through the ceiling of what they thought was ever possible. The ethos I aspire to uphold is that every session must be tailored to the individual. I will help you set goals, build your foundations and then teach you the skills and theory to help you achieve more than you ever thought was possible.

AJ is simply the best, he has been my PT for many year's now. He's pulled me back into shape on more than one occasion after ive let things slide a little (drinking to much bailey's)🤭
