Hey, I’m Aldis Plasis, a Personal Trainer based at Clapham Leisure Centre.
My fitness journey began in 2006, growing up active through basketball and athletics - track, jumping, and throwing. But after moving to London, I fell off track, picked up bad habits, and lost my spark. Ironically, it took breaking my leg playing the sport I loved to wake me up. Being told I might have a permanent limp was tough to hear, but it became the turning point that brought me back to fitness. Through smart, consistent training, I not only healed but came back stronger than ever, moving in ways I was told I never would again.
I found a deep love for training, for building a body that’s not just aesthetic but functional, efficient, and powerful. That passion turned into purpose. Now, I help others achieve their own breakthroughs.
To me, fitness isn’t just about looks. It’s about feeling confident, strong, and in control of your life. I’m here to guide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to build long term habits and hit your goals.

Aldis has been training me for 3 months now. He is such a great coach! He has so much knowledge which has helped me transform my body! He is really kind and understanding, personalising workouts and training plans to work the best for me. He goes above and beyond. I love how dedicated he is to see me succeed.
